Procure Ai and KPMG Austria announce strategic partnership

Procure Ai and KPMG Austria have entered into a strategic partnership to help organizations accelerate the adoption of AI in Procurement and turn its potential into measurable business value.

The partnership combines KPMG’s procurement, transformation, governance, and change expertise with Procure Ai’s AI-native Procurement Automation Platform. Together, we will support companies and public-sector organizations from identifying high-value AI opportunities through implementation, adoption, and scaling across their procurement operations.

Procure Ai provides a secure, European technology platform designed to connect existing procurement systems, data, and processes rather than replace them. More than 40 preconfigured AI agents and use cases support the end-to-end procurement process, from spend analytics and intake management to strategic and autonomous sourcing, negotiations, supplier management, and purchasing operations.

The platform combines Generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous execution to help procurement teams increase capacity, accelerate processes, reduce operational effort, and unlock additional savings. Its flexible architecture integrates with existing ERP and eProcurement landscapes while keeping organizations in control of their data and the level of autonomy assigned to AI agents.

By combining Procure Ai’s technology with KPMG’s implementation and transformation capabilities, the partnership provides organizations with an integrated approach to moving AI from individual pilots into operational procurement workflows.

Following our first joint working session in Vienna, our teams are now bringing the partnership to life through concrete customer use cases and transformation initiatives. - Jakob Reuschlein
